    Your name, surname, e-mail address, and information on message contents are processed within the scope of completion of the contact form used by our Company on its corporate website.<\/p>\n

    1. Methods, Legal Grounds, and Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Pursuant to the LPPD and the applicable legislation, data are collected and processed by automated means in compliance with all administrative and technical measures stipulated in the LPPD on the legal grounds of \u201cthe need to process personal data of contractual parties, provided that it is directly related to drawing up or executing an agreement<\/i>\u201d specified in article 5(2)(c) of the LPPD, \u201crequirement for fulfillment of a legal obligation of the data controller Company<\/i>\u201d specified in article 5(2)(\u00e7) of the LPPD, \u201cbeing made public by the data subject<\/i>\u201d specified in article 5(2)(d) of the LPPD, and \u201crequirement of data processing for legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person are not impaired<\/i>\u201d specified in article 5(2)(f) of the LPPD in order to provide customer support and resolve issues.<\/p>\n

        Your personal data shall be accessible only by relevant authorized individuals within our Company, to the extent that such data are associated with the requested service. Your personal data may be transferred to our Group Companies (Tetra Pazarlama ve D\u0131\u015f Ticaret A.\u015e. & Multipak Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.\u015e. & Lotus Teknik Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.\u015e. & CM Holding A.\u015e.) if required and by taking all kinds of necessary administrative and technical measures.<\/p>\n

        In case of a potential requirement, your personal data may be disclosed to law enforcement and administrative authorities for security purposes and they shall not be transferred to third parties other than competent authorities under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

            Pursuant to the LPPD and other applicable legislation in effect, you are entitled:<\/p>\n

            2. To request pertinent information if your Personal Data was processed;<\/li>\n
            3. To find out the purpose of processing and whether Personal Data was purposefully used;<\/li>\n
            4. To find out local and foreign third parties to whom your Personal Data was transferred;<\/li>\n
            5. To request your Personal Data to be corrected if they were processed incompletely or incorrectly;<\/li>\n
            6. To request your Personal Data to be deleted or destroyed pursuant to the terms stipulated in the LPPD legislation;<\/li>\n
            7. To request notification of procedures carried out pursuant to articles v. and vi. to third parties, to whom your Personal Data was transferred;<\/li>\n
            8. To object to an outcome against you due to the analysis of processed data exclusively by means of automated systems;<\/li>\n
            9. To request compensation if you incur losses due to unlawful processing of Personal Data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. Exceptions to the Application Right<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                In accordance with article 28\/2 of the Law, you shall not be able to exercise your rights specified in article 11 of the Law, without prejudice to the right to claim compensation of losses under the following circumstances.<\/p>\n

                1. The need for personal data processing for the prevention of committing a crime or for crime investigation,<\/li>\n
                2. Processing personal data which are made public by the data subject himself\/herself,<\/li>\n
                3. The need for processing personal data for performance of supervision or regulatory duties and disciplinary investigation and prosecution to be carried out by the assigned and authorized public institutions and organizations and by public professional organizations, in accordance with the power conferred on them by the law,<\/li>\n
                4. The need for processing personal data for protection economic and financial interests of State related to budget, tax and financial matters.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                    \n
                  1. General Exception Clause<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    In the presence of circumstances (epidemic, natural disaster, identification of personnel activities posing threat to national security, etc.) that require your personal data to be \u201cprocessed within the scope of preventive, protective, and informative activities conducted by public institutions and organizations that are lawfully assigned and authorized to ensure national defense, national security, public security, public order, or economic safety\u201d as specified in clause (\u00e7) of article 28 of the LPPD, our Company shall be obliged to transfer necessary personal data to competent public institutions and organizations.<\/p>\n

                    In such cases, the LPPD shall not be applicable because article 28 of the LPPD is an exception clause. However, in any event, our Company shall act in line with the fundamental principles and the principle of proportionality in data processing activities to be conducted in this scope.<\/p>\n

                    1. Recourses within the Scope of Your Rights<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      You can make your applications regarding your aforementioned rights pursuant to the application procedures stipulated in the<\/span>\u00a0Communiqu\u00e9 on Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller<\/b><\/a>. In order to exercise your rights within the scope of the LPPD, you should file an application as follows, accompanied by identification documents;<\/p>\n
